Last Updated: September 25, 2025

At Maroc Force Emploi, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains in detail what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what your rights are.

Unlike many online services, we have chosen to limit data collection to what is strictly necessary for you to use the MyMFE Application (the "Service").

We comply with Moroccan law (Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data) and align with international standards such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), so that your personal data is handled with care and transparency.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We only request information strictly necessary to provide the Service, namely:

  • Basic personal information: name, first name, email address, phone number (used to create your account, verify your identity, and communicate with you).
  • Information provided in the Application: for example, if you upload a photo or document as part of using the Service. This data is only used for the relevant functionality.

What We Do Not Collect:

  • Technical identifiers (IP address, device identifier, etc.)
  • Browsing data (operating system, pages viewed, interactions, etc.)
  • Information related to your mobile network

Your activity outside the Service is therefore not tracked, profiled, or monetized.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your personal data is used only for:

  • Account management: allowing you to register, log in, and access the Service securely.
  • Communication: informing you of any important updates or responding to your support requests.
  • Service provision: enabling the proper functioning of the Application's features (e.g., processing uploaded documents).
  • Legal compliance: when Moroccan law requires us to retain or disclose certain data.

We Never Use Your Information For:

  • Advertising or marketing
  • Sending promotional offers
  • Creating commercial profiles

3. Sharing Your Information

We believe that your data belongs to you. Therefore:

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
  • We do not share your data with subsidiaries, business partners, or service providers for marketing or analytics purposes.
  • We may only disclose your information in case of legal obligation, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our users and the Company.
  • If, in the future, a feature requires sharing, we will always ask for your explicit consent beforehand.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary:

  • Account information: until you delete your account or upon your express request.
  • Uploaded files and photos: only for the time necessary to provide the corresponding functionality. As soon as you delete them or they are no longer required, they are permanently erased.

We do not retain usage logs for analytics purposes.

5. Your Rights

You retain control of your data. In accordance with Law 09-08 and international standards, you have the following rights:

  • Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: request the erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Withdrawal of consent: withdraw your consent at any time when processing is based on it.

You can exercise these rights directly in the Application (if features allow) or by contacting us via the details in Section 10.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. However, no system connected to the Internet is completely secure. While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we do everything possible to protect your data.

7. Protection of Minors

The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
