The website is accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense.

A non-member User does not have access to reserved services. To do so, they must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning their civil status and contact details, including email address and phone number.

To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using the username and password validated via email or SMS.

Any regularly registered member User may also request deregistration by submitting a request via the contact form. Deregistration will take effect within a reasonable period.

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server, as well as any interruption or modification for maintenance purposes, does not incur the liability of MAROC FORCE EMPLOI. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the Commercial Court of Tangier shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
