WE ARE HIRING FOR A CUSTOMER, A LARGE HOTEL CHAIN a Butler.

Under the responsibility of the Chef Butler, you will have the mission to deliver a high-end service to our customers in an efficient, productive, courteous and professional way by adhering to the rules and procedures of the hotel .

Proactive to the specific needs of guests, you ensure the smooth running of their stay from their arrival until the departure of the resort and take care of their check-in and check-out by respecting the standards of the hotel. You make sure to personalize their experience and find an appropriate response to each situation.


You are the ambassador of the brand image of the hotel making sure to be always smiling, pleasant and elegant. You are always available to the customer and handle conflicts with ease.

You ensure that customers and VIP customers are recognized .

If you are fluent in French, English , graduated from a hotel school or equivalent education, a successful prior experience in a similar function at a luxury property, this job is for you !
